ok. feel like blogging about the football clubs i support. so i'll blog about the football clubs i support

Manchester United (England)

yeah. the first team i supported, thx to my father and cousin. been following them since 2002. and here's hoping they make it 3 EPL titles in a row come may 2009

Sheffield United (England)

hmm. started supporting Sheff Utd since may 2003. was hoping they'd thrash wolves, but...ah well. anyway me hopes they will finish in the top 6 of the Championship this season, so they can playoff and return to the Premier League

Bristol Rovers (England)

started following them in 2006. purely because i wanted to see what it was like to support a so-called "lower" team, one whose definition of "success" in finishing in the top half of the table. and its been a hell of ride so far. hope to see them get promoted to the Championship sometime in the future, and maybe even the Premier League

Heart of Midlothian aka Hearts (Scotland)

yea. supported them cos i didnt want to follow either Celtic or Rangers (although i do follow Celtic somewhat, as they are a Catholic club =p) (and yes, Rangers are Protestant. so...)
actually i should be supporting Hibernian, who are Hearts's rivals. simply because Hibernian are Catholic, and Hearts are Protestant...

Real Madrid (Spain)

yea the Madridistas! started following them in 2006 or 2007. the fact that i absolutely hate barcelona also played its part. hopefully Madrid can now catch up those losers barcelona and win the Spanish title

Internazionale Milano aka Inter-Milan (Italy)

yea Inter rocks! Mourinho is the man. which of course means i detest ac milan, those losers.

btw, Man Utd, Inter Milan and Real Madrid have all been champions of their respective countries for the past two seasons. coincidence...?

Lazio (Italy)

only started supporting Lazio recently. mainly for 2 reasons: the first is that i HATE as roma. those swines. the second is tt Lazio are mainly right-wing; they believe in Mussolini's ideals, which is Fascism, which generally means the country being governed by a dictator.

Werder Bremen (Germany)

i didnt want to support Bayern Munich. so it was a choice between Hamburger SV, VfL Wolfsburg or Bremen. and the latter got my vote! plus brazilian striker Diego rocks

Singapore Armed Forces (Singapore)

last but not least, my local hometown club: SAFFC! started supporting them in 2002. those nights at chua chu kang stadium are super memorable, not least seeing SAF win the S League at cck stadium in 2007. plus the stadium is just 20 mins away frm my house. so yea. of course, this raises the issue: what if i move house? maybe if i move to the north-east, i'll support sengkang instead...

ok. time to update

eventful week yah? on mon...wad happened on mon? ah forgot

tues: pe was pro la. managed to squeeze in 15 mins of football before pe. den had stretching and "suicide" run. the stretching was *ahem* la. thx to tt, i had serious cramps up until ytd. this morning it wasnt so bad ald (thank goodness). but back to tuesday. finished pe at around 5.45-5.50, before playing even more football! initially planned to practise free kicks, passing and shooting till 6.15, but ended up playing until around 6.50. and almost scored! blah. thanks a lot, left foot

wed: yea watever. after sch crapped ard with ASC plus Liting and Vanessa i mean Vivian

thu: football during pe! my pink boots didnt let me down

fri: crapped ard with HK during econs, tuition at night, mcspicy for dinner...yadda yadda

yea just finished half of maths vectors part III. now waiting for aston villa to thrash girl's name at 8.40, waiting to see Arshavin play for arsenal at 11 and den waiting for blackburn vs Man Utd at 1.30. grrrr. probably also going out for dinner and hopefully Mr T can finally get his hands on The Killing Joke

and may SAF thrash balestier tmr night

time to update

lets see. last friday. watever. anyway had econs tuition, before late dinner with Brena

sat: venture meeting, yah? had mock job interview, where i was an arrogant twit =p den went home, yadda yadda

sun: church in ze morning, den had to wait all e way until midnight to watch Man Utd -.- also watched arsenal vs spurs at 9.30

mon: erm...yeah. crap i cant rmb wad happened 2 days beforehand =x victim of stm

tue: thx Brena!!! for e cookies ^^ also had pe. think my running is improving very slightly. now i just need to work on e breathing while running. also played football aft tt, and yours truly was absolute rubbish.

wed: e usual. aft sch went to pitstop cafe to play, play and play. den 190-ed home

thu: tmr had better be good

fri: and friday as well

ok. anyway on to universities (again -_-). yea thx to someone, ive become slightly more open-minded to studying in america. more specifically, Princeton and Columbia

and me also wants to go Cambodia! hopefully my application will be accepted, but if nt, then hopefully there'll be opportunities with e army next time

and thx to valentine's day, i cant stop listening to songs like How You Remind Me (Nickelback), I Need You (LeAnn Rimes), Valentine's Day (Linkin Park)...bla bla bla

and will the fa please stop scheduling Man Utd's matches at 1.30am (on sunday morning) and midnight (mon morning, which is 6.5 hours before i have to wake up and go school)? bloody irritating la. cant u dickheads put it at 11pm or maybe 8.30-9.30 pm?

yayzzzz

non-stop week. lets see: mon: i cant rmb much, and i cant be bothered to. anyway had econs remedial frm 5.30-6.30, den pei-ed Totto frm 6.30 until 8. i even walk her to the bus-stop okay! wait with her for 190 you know! see i so nice

tues: Totto kinda returned the favour frm 3.30-5. den managed to break out my lovely pink boots. unfortunately couldnt score to make it 3 games in a row =( but tts still 2 goals in 3 games. nt bad la. plus i seriously need to learn how to control the ball with studs

wed: yea watever. had cca open house, but was kinda ruined by some dickhead. oh wait no. i think its better to treat tt son of a bitch like air: u noe its around, but u cant see it. anyway discussed our future with Mr Waisiong. im going to Monash Uni!!! hahazzzzzz. nah actually im going to either Oxford, Cambridge, Yale or Harvard. so there. i wouldnt mind other Aussie unis either. choose from New South Wales, Queensland, Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle, Victoria.......

thu: had an uber crappy chem lecture. den football for pe: i didnt bring my pink boots! damn! den had lit, before gp and maths. aft tt 985-ed to lot one with Eva and (wad bloody nickname did u give urself, waisiong?). library-ed with Brena till 4.30. den wanted to go cck stadium and watch SAF vs woodlands with Fabian, but when we reached there, we found out tt they had made a last-min swap to woodlands stadium! wtf man! screw u s league, screw you FAS. waste of time and money

fri: it hasnt happened yet

and i screwed my chem and econs tests! gang gang pass! wtf?! like tt how to go Oxford? *swears*

Edit at 11.13 pm: yea had a good chat with my father about university. and now i cant wait for jc and army to be over so i can go for undergraduate degree, followed by honours, masters and PhD (lol. damn ambitious). plus i have suddenly lost my desire to study in NUS or NTU. i wan to try living abroad, becos Singapore is so boring.

so my current targets are most of the Australian unis mentioned above. mainly Monash, but i also wouldnt mind Australian National University, Queensland, NSW, Melbourne or Sydney. also considering some English universities like Bristol and Manchester. and thx to my father, ive also gt Canadian unis in my sights, namely Brock (where my father studied), York and University of Toronto

if you're wondering abt American universities, i have this to say: unless they're Harvard or Yale, two words: no way. because american spelling pisses me off

last point: Oxford and Cambridge are super spastic laaaaa. u need a bare minimum of AAA for ur main subjects to be eligible. and even then, i feel u still need to have 3 more "A"s (in h1 subject, general paper and project work) to be in contention. Harvard and Yale are probably just as hard
