had a very interesting literature lecture...then had pe

Standing Broad Jump = 215 cm
Sit and Reach = 42 cm

only those two are up to my expectations...e others are way below standard, esp 2.4 km. have to improve...

targets:
2.4km = 16 mins
Standing Broad Jump = 220 cm
Sit and Reach = 45 cm
Pull-ups = 1 or 2
Shuttle Run = 9 seconds

yea. have to exercise more. screw you stamina

then slacked at LT3 for 2 lectures...amazing how much u can learn when u actually listen to the lectures o.0

then went home to snooze before heading to Unity for peer tutoring with Yingqi, Tricia and Jackie. wish Jolene had come...things are so much more fun when she's around...maybe next week or subsequent pt sessions ba
